Share options and performance rights Under the Directors and Executives Performance Rights Plan (approved by shareholders on 22 April 2013): – No (1) performance rights were issued to Directors (2014: Nil) – No performance rights were issued to employees (2014: Nil) – Nil performance rights lapsed during the year (2014: Nil); and – No performance rights were exercised by Directors and employees during the year (2014: Nil). (1) 12 million Rights were approved by shareholders for Mr Mount on 31 March 2015. The Rights have not been issued. A further 150,000 Rights at the exercise price of $0.50 were issued to Mr Gray following approval at the Extraordinary General meeting held of 15 October 2015. Details of the movements as at 30 September 2015 are as follows:
