ROUNDING The amounts contained in this report and in the financial report have been rounded to the nearest $1,000 (where rounding is applicable) under the option available to the Company under ASIC instrument “Rounding in Financial/Directors’ Reports” 2016/191. The Company is an entity to which this legislative instrument applies. AUDITOR INDEPENDENCE AND NON-AUDIT SERVICES The Directors received an independence declaration from the auditors of AUB Group Limited. Refer to page 74 of the Directors’ Report. Non-audit services provided to the AUB Group by the entity’s auditor, Ernst & Young, in the financial year ended 30 June 2023 were predominantly in relation to tax matters. Other services included independent investigation and reviews. The directors are satisfied that the provision of non-audit services is compatible with the general standard of independence for auditors imposed by the Corporations Act (2001) Cth. The nature and scope of each of the non-audit services provided means that auditor independence was not compromised. The amounts received or due to be received are detailed in Note 24 of the Financial Report. Signed in accordance with a resolution of the Directors.
