A) DISTRIBUTION OF EQUITY SECURITIES Ordinary share capital – 108,405,620 fully paid ordinary shares are held by 4,314 individual shareholders. All issued shares carry one vote per share and carry the rights to dividends.

– 9,018,974 fully paid ordinary shares are subject to voluntary escrow until 30 September 2024. – 229,666 fully paid ordinary shares are subject to voluntary escrow until 20 July 2024.

Performance Share Rights (PSRs) – 698,630 PSRs are held by 6 individual holders. PSRs do not carry a right to vote.
